A public toilet cubicle (1) comprises a toilet area (9), entered through an outer door, with a toilet bowl (11) and a cleaning area (10) separated from the toilet area by a partitioning wall (8), which is equipped with the installations required for supply, waste disposal and cleaning of the toilet area (9), in particular a cleaning device transported to the toilet bowl (11) after advancement of the partitioning wall or section thereof and a discharge pipe which can be connected to the toilet bowl (11). To improve and facilitate the cleaning operations, the toilet bowl (11) has an essentially flat floor (12) sloping downward from the toilet area (9) to the partitioning wall (8) with a rear discharge edge (15) and a back wall (13) formed by the partitioning wall or the movable section thereof, whereby the discharge pipe is arranged in the cleaning area (10) in the region of the partitioning wall (8) below the discharge edge (15) of the floor (12) of the toilet bowl (11) and is exposed by advancement of the partitioning wall or the movable section thereof. |
