PURPOSE:To obviate generation of vacuum leakage in a capsule container consisting of a vessel for housing an object to be treated and a cap to be fitted to the upper aperture of said vessel by housing the above-mentioned capsule container into a hermetic chamber and welding the same in a vacuum. CONSTITUTION:This deaerating and hermetic sealing device for the capsule container 1 for a hot isostatic pressurization (HIP) treatment is formed of a vacuum chamber 6 for hermetically housing the container 1, a hermetic chamber 5, a heater 8 provided circumferentially on the inside thereof, a holder 9, a holding base 10, a means for vertically moving said base and/or the holder 9, a means for rotating the vessel 3 and a welding electrode 11. The above- mentioned container 1 is formed of the bottomed cylindrical housing vessel 3 in which the object 2 to be subjected to the HIP treatment in housed and the cap 4 to be fitted into the upper aperture thereof. The above-mentioned holder 9 hangs the cap 4 freely rotatably. The supporting base 10 holds the vessel 3 freely rotatably. |
