PURPOSE:To disturb a radar without increasing a processing load on a CPU nor sweeping any frequency by comparing frequency data on received radar signals by a comparator and following up an input frequency within a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:Plural comparators 9 which incorporate registers are provided, and prescribed frequency data which are set at prescribed intervals are stored in the registers; and the prescribed frequency data are compared with frequency data on the received radar signals and a gate circuit 10 is opened and closed according to the comparison results. Further, plural registers 11 stored with the transmission frequency data corresponding to the respective prescribed frequency data are provided, one of the registers 11 is selected by the gate circuit 10, and the center frequency of a noise disturbing wave is determined according to the transmission frequency data stored in the selected register 11. Then the selected transmission frequency is regarded as the center frequency and the output of an oscillator 6 which oscillates having band width based upon the frequency noise width of the register 5 stored with frequency noise width set by the CPU 2 is amplified 7 and then sent as a disturbing radio wave.
