PURPOSE:To improve the peeling resistance of a coating material and painting material by thermally spraying a thermal spraying material consisting of metal, etc., onto the surface of a steel frame material, concrete body, etc., and further, coating the coating material or painting material thereon. CONSTITUTION:The thermal spraying material consisting of the powder of metals such as stainless steel, Al, Cu and Zn or powder of ceramics such as Si3N4 and SiC is thermally sprayed by a method for arc thermal spraying, plasma thermal spraying, etc., onto the surface of the steel frame material or concrete body 1 such as pillar or beam of a steel frame building to form a thermally sprayed film 2 thereon. Said thermal spraying material is welded onto the surface of the steel frame material, etc., 1 in the stage of projecting numerous fine granular lumps or acicular particles thereon. The cement type coating material such as cement concrete or cement mortar, or the high-polymer coating material 3 such as resin concrete or polymer cement concrete or an org. or inorg. paint layer 3 is blown to said surface. The concrete type coating layer and the paint layer are thus coated with high adhesive power to the surface of the steel frame material and concrete body via the thermally sprayed film 2.
