PURPOSE:To increase resistance against the liquefaction of ground by penetrating a mesh roll into a bore hole. CONSTITUTION:A bore hole 5 is excavated in soft ground 3, and a mesh roll 2 formed by forcibly rolling an elastic net part 1 is inserted into the hole 5 so that the side pressure of the roll 2 by repulsion is applied to the inner wall of the hole 5. Draining effect of the ground 3 can thus be sufficiently obtained, and the side pressure of the roll 2 to sandy layer can be increased. Therefore, the resistance against the liquefaction of the ground can be increased.
