PURPOSE:To obtain the title mixture having excellent mechanical strength and a low volume resistivity, by mixing an ultralow density PE with another polyolefin polymer and conductive carbon black. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. base polymer comprising 20-70pts.wt. ultrallow density PE (A) of density of 0.89-0.91g/cm<3> and a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.5-20, which is a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene with an alpha-olefin such as hexene-1 or butene-1, and 80-30pts.wt. polyolefin polymer (B) other than component A (e.g., an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer of an MFR of 1-20 and a vinyl acetate content of 10-35wt.% is mixed with 30-80 pts.wt. conductive carbon black (C) (e.g., acetylene black ) and, optionally, 0.2-3pts.wt. crosslinking agent (e.g., dicumyl peroxide), 0.5-3pts.wt. crosslinking aid (e.g., triallyl isocyanurate), etc.
