PURPOSE:To permit washing of a strainer net even while the device is in operation, and observation of a condition in a chemical storage tank by providing the strainer net detachably between the inner edge of a frame body incorporating a diversion device and a taper tube with a slit of the diversion tube. CONSTITUTION:A collar 3a of a cylindrical cage-shaped frame body 3 is suspended on the upper edge opening 2 of a chemical storage tank 1, and a diversion device 6 consisting of a taper tube 4 with a slit and a cup 5 is incorporated in the frame body 3. Furthermore, a strainer net 19 is arranged detachably between the inner edge of the frame body 3 and the taper tube 4. Consequently, even while the device is operating, the strainer net 19 can be washed by removing it and the interior of the chemical storage tank 1 can be checked. In addition, regardless of the liquid level in the interior of the storage tank 1, the strainer net 19 may be removed and washed without allowing impurities into the chemical storage tank 1.
