PURPOSE:To simplify an assembling process, and at the same time, to make a device into a thin shape by fastening a yoke and terminal plates, consisting of metal thin plates, respectively to the upper and lower surfaces of an insulating plate, consisting of thermosetting resin, in which fibrous reinforcing material is contained, by means of adhesive force at the time when the prepreg of the insulating plate is hot-pressed. CONSTITUTION:The insulating plate 14 consists of the thermosetting resin, in which the reinforcing material of various kinds such as corbonized fiber, glass fiber or the like is contained, and the yoke 1 and the terminal plates 15, 16 are fastened on the upper and the lower surfaces of it. At the time when the yoke 1 and the terminal plates 15, 16 are fastened to the insulating plate 14, the terminal plates 15, 16 are arrayed on a supporting stand 17, and at the same time, the insulating plate 14, which is in the B-state of the prepreg, is placed on the terminal plates 15, 16, and the yoke 1 is arrayed on the insulating plate 14, and they are heated and pressed by the hot press 18. Thus, the insulating plate 14 turns from the B-state of the prepreg into the C-state, and by the adhesive force at this time, the yoke 1 and the terminal plates 15, 16 are made to adhere to the upper and the lower surfaces of the insulating plate 14. Therefore, the thickness of a whole comes thin.
