The equipment clamps and seals a bellows or spiral-type hose (2) to a connecting pipe (4), and comprises a nut or an open or closed cylindrical sleeve of the same internal diameter as the hose external diameter. - It has a groove (5) for an adjustable and lockable hose clip extending round the periphery, also screw threads on the inside by which it fits over those of the hose, and which are of elastic material. It is sufficiently wide and thick to even out the clamping and sealing pressure against the pipe when secured by the clip. - (Dwg.1) |
