PURPOSE:To highly mutiplex a time switch by dividing a speaking memory in the time switch into blocks, and inputting them to a RAM block in the lump, and reading out the information words of an equal number to the number of the divided blocks, in the lump, from the respective blocks, and outputting them according to an outputting order. CONSTITUTION:A speaking memory, which stores temporarily a speaking information at the time of an exchanging operation, is divided into the blocks of h-number 60, 61..., and input informations are assigned and transferred to the divided memory blocks 60, 61... by series-parallel-converting the input signal, and the informations, assigned to the memory blocks 60, 61,... are written in the addresses of the memory blocks 60, 61,... corresponding to the first outputting order, and the written informations in the respective memory blocks 60, 61,... are lumped by every prescribed number of words, and further, are read out successively from the addresses corresponding to the output order, and are stored in parallel series conversion circuits 70, 71,..., arranged at the read out side of the respective memory blocks 60, 61,..., and the stored information of one word portion is selected from the parallel series conversion circuits 70, 71,... according to the second outputting order, and is outputted successively. Thus, the multiplexing degree of the time switch can be elevated.
