PURPOSE:To inform an order to a kitchen without a mistake and to service formed goods in a sequence of tables receiving the order by providing keyboards for a waitress and the kitchen, a display device and an order status changing/ registration/holding means. CONSTITUTION:The waitress operates the keyboard 4 for the waitress to input the type and the quantity of the goods ordered and operator information and service destination information, and then, an arithmetic and control unit (CPU) 1 changes, registers and holds the status of the order in a RAM 3 to form the status information of the goods ordered and display on the display device 7 for the kitchen. In the kitchen, when a cooling is completed, the information of the goods is inputted from the keyboard 4 for the kitchen, the arithmetic and control unit 1 refers to the holding information of the changing registration holding means to form service information for instructing a service destination and the number of services and display on the display device for the waitress. Thereby, the waitress immediately understands the customer of the table, the goods, the number to be serviced by viewing the displayed service information and does not mistake the sequence receiving the order. |
