PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and an area occupied and to simultaneously form a motor coil circuit and a control circuit by forming an insulating layer on the surface of a metal plate and forming the motor coil circuit and the control circuit of the surface of the insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:The coil circuit 3 formed on the insulating layer 2 such as a bonding sheet formed on the surface of the metal plate 1 is positioned on the center part. Together with the coil circuit 3, the control circuit 4 is formed on the metal plate 1 to be acted as a case body. Thereby, the case body, the motor coil circuit part and the control circuit part are unitedly formed. Since the coil circuit 3 and the control circuit 4 are formed on the insulating layer 3, both the circuits 3, 4 can be simultaneously formed. Since the coil circuit 3 is formed on the metal plate 1, heat generated from the coil circuit 3 can be discharged through the metal plate 1. |
