PURPOSE:To hold the pressure contact force of a transfer roll to the optimum state and to obtain a sharp recording image, by interposing the transfer roll between a transfer medium and a drive roller. CONSTITUTION:The pattern data composed of the ink melted by a recording head 5 is once transferred to a transfer roller 3 and subsequently transferred to recording paper 1 from the transfer roller 3. Since the pressure contact force P1 between an ink roller 2 and the transfer roller 3 is made smaller than the pressure contact force P2 between the transfer roller 3 and a drive roller 4, the ink roller 2 is not brought into contact with the transfer roller 3 under necessary pressure or more and the collapse of the unevenness on the ink roller 2 is not generated and, as a result, the generation of fog is prevented. Further, the slip of the recording paper 1 is prevented and the generation of the blur of an image can be prevented. |
