PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal vibration and noise from occurring, by displacing the center of a discharge port from the base circle center of a lap of a fixed scroll to the wind starting end side of the lap of this fixed scroll. CONSTITUTION:The center O of a discharge port 19 is displaced from the base circle center P of a lap 18 of a fixed scroll 14 to the wind starting end side of the lap 18 of this fixed scroll. A pair of compressed spaces 25A and 25B are made so as to be opened at almost the same size as the discharge port 19 at time of starting its open, whereby an amount and a state of a refrigerant flowing into the discharge port 19 from these compressed spaces are made into the same, and a pressure differential is made so as not to occur in these compressed spaces 25A and 25B. Doing like this, abnormal vibration and noise in a scroll compressor are preventable from occurring.
