PURPOSE:To reduce the load of an operator and to accurately and rapidly perform processing, by providing a stamp part for performing the printing of a specific item necessary for selection only to a limited printing medium in a detachable manner independently of a printing part. CONSTITUTION:When the issue order of a new passbook is emitted to an automatic printing apparatus, the automatic printing apparatus delivers the new passbook from an accommodating part 5 to print the first page. Continuously, the passbook is turned over by a page feed part 6 so as to expose a specific page on which the specific item seal necessary only for the new passbook must be applied, and a stamp duty seal and a publisher's seal are printed and sealed on the specific page by a stamp part 4. The passbook is discharged from an insert and discharge port to be returned to a bank clerk and delivered to a customer after the confirmation of printing.
