PURPOSE:To reduce the deviation of parallelism between a screw rod and a guide rod by fixing the guide rod for guiding a mobile board on a holding body supporting a screw rod. CONSTITUTION:Both the ends of the guide rod 21 are inserted into holes perforated through the holding body 6 and fixed with adhesives and arranged in parallel with the screw rod 11 inserted into one side of the mobile board 4 through a bearing 16. The mobile board 4 is moved while being guided by the guide rod 21. At that time, an auxiliary guide rod 22 regulates the movement of the mobile board 4 in an arrow A direction. Since the guide rod 21 is fixed on the holding body 6, the parallelism of the guide rod 21 with the screw rod 11 is determined at the working of the holes of the holding body 6 which are prepared for inserting the guide rod 21 and the screw rod 11 and the working accuracy can be adjusted by a working jig. Consequently, the distortion of the parallelism between both rods 11, 21 is not generated.
