PURPOSE:To omit the adjustment of operation timing by executing handle locking operation even if a clamp cam handle is not completely clamped. CONSTITUTION:If a solenoid 1 is driven when the clamp cam shaft 10 is rotated and the position of a pin 10a fitted vertically to the shaft 10 is not yet reached to a locked position in spite of a clamped state, a stopper fitting 5 is abutted upon a pin 10a and the shaft 10 is not locked. However, a solenoid iron core 3 contracts a stopper spring 6 and completes operation. Although the rotation of the shaft 10 is not locked under said state, the stopper fitting 5 is moved by the restoration force of the contracted spring 6 and locks the shaft 10 by completely clamping the shaft 10 from said state or clamping the shaft again from the unclamped state. Consequently, it is unnecessary to adjust the positional accuracy of the stopper fitting 5 and the shaft pin 10a which may be lost due to the dispersion of size of parts and to adjust the operation timing of the solenoid.
