PURPOSE:To permit shielding of light from any directions along a plate surface by forming small block bodies which range two-dimensionally like network to the plate surface and are formed of light nontransmittable materials embedded in the plate partially in the thickness direction or over the entire width on the plate surface over approximately the entire surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:This rectification plate A is formed by embedding the small block bodies 2 which are formed of the light nontransmittable materials, for example, metal foil such as aluminum foil and copper foil or thin metallic sheets to the state ranging like the honeycomb network into the chromatic plate body 1 formed of a synthetic resin material such as, for example, transparent epoxy resin or transparent acrylic resin, which allows the transmission of light, over the entire surface of the plate body 1 and over the entire width in the thickness direction of the plate body 1. The frames of the small block bodies 2 ranging in the vertical direction, therefore, prohibit the transmission of the external light 4b from the lateral side into the plate body and the frames of the small block bodies 2 ranging in the horizontal direction prohibit the transmission of the external light 4a from above into the plate body, respectively. Scattering of the light in the angle direction above a prescribed angle along the plate surface is thereby limited and the incident light from the outside is shielded.
