PURPOSE:To precisely control the coating amt. of a creamy solder and the size of the coating shape by making the gap between the needle tip and printed board constant by an optical beam sensor. CONSTITUTION:An optical beam sensor 16 moves to the point where the creamy solder 15 on a printed board 17 is coated to measure the distance A to the upper face of the printed board 17. From this measured distance A, the value subtracting the optional gap amt. C to obtain the distance B from the optical beam sensor 16 to a coating needle 14 is automatically calculated and after deciding the descent movement amt. D of the coating needle 14 a holding part 12 moves to the point on the printed board 17 where the coating needle 14 is coated by its moving the distance L from the optical beam sensor 16 to the center of the coating needle 14 and descends by the descent movement amt. D to obtain the optional gap C. |
