PURPOSE:To make it possible to distribute cooled air uniformly to front and rear side seats in a carburettor-over type micro-bus, by attaching, to a ceiling, a cooling device comprising evaporators disposed on both left and right sides, and a branch chamber formed with openings on its front and rear sides, between the evaporators. CONSTITUTION:A cooling device 1 attached to a ceiling, comprises a codenser, a compressor etc. which are disposed in an engine compartment, and evaporators 2 connected to the cooling device through flexible hoses. When sirocco fans are driven, air in a passenger's compartment is sucked in through filters 19 in communication ports 18, and is fed into the evaporators 2 to be cooled. The air finally enters in a branch chamber 4. In this branch chamber 4, the cooled air is branched into two directions of forward and rearward through branch passages 12, that is, the cooled air which is led to a front opening 5, is blown off from a cooled air blow-off port 7 to the frontmost row of seats, after flowing through a communication port 15 and a duct 16, and the cooled air which is led to a rear opening 5, is fed from a cooled air blow-off port 16 to the rear side seat. Thus, cooled air is uniformly distributed to the front and rear side seats. |
