<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a smooth output waveform without any phase delay, by using a phase shifter which has input terminals at the opposite ends of a series circuit of a parallel circuit of a first resistance and a capacitor and a second resistance and output terminals of at the opposite ends of the second resistance. CONSTITUTION:An output signal from a phase difference detector 26 is smoothed by a smoothing circuit 38 and is advanced slightly in phase by a phase shifter 39 to correct a phase delay. The phase shifter 39 has a capacitor 40 and a first resistance 41 connected in parallel, and a second resistance 42 is connected in series to the parallel connection circuit. The ends of the series connection circuit is used as input terminals and the ends of the second resistance 42 is used as output terminal. This assures + or -60% or less of a standard value in the phase error of a measured waveform while does + or -10% or less of the standard value in large current area measuring ratio error of commercial frequency overlapped with a DC component while providing a smooth output waveform.</p> |
