发明名称 TRACKING METHOD FOR FLYING STRIP THICKNESS CHANGE POINT IN COLD TANDEM ROLLING MILL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To accurately perform the tracking for a flying strip thickness change point by modifying the position of a tracking point by utilizing a sudden variation in an interstand tension generated when the flying thickness change point of a strip passes through a stand. CONSTITUTION:The number of rotations of a rolling roll at stands 2, 3 are detected by pulse generators 4, 5 and output pulses are inputted to a strip speed calculation circuit 9. A roll dia. and an advancing ratio of respective stands are transferred from a host computer 12 and are inputted to the circuit 9; a calculated strip speed signal is inputted to a tracking circuit 10. A detected signal from an interstand tension detector 13 is measured and converted by an interstand tension measuring instrument 6 and is inputted to the tracking circuit 10 through tension differentiator 7; a timing signal DO is outputted as a decision result. The differentiator 7 detects a sudden variations in a tension when an actual thickness change point passes through a stand and outputs a pulse signal.</p>
