PURPOSE:To obtain the titled preparation of laminate type having excellent initial release of clonidine, developing medicinal effects rapidly, by using a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a specific elastic polymer, a water absorbing high polymer, a natural gum substance and a higher fatty acid ester. CONSTITUTION:In a percutaneous preparation wherein a drug preserving layer, a drug permeation control film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are successively laminated to a substrate, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing (A) an elastic polymer of (A-B)nX or (A-B)n-A type [A is monovinyl- substituted aromatic compound polymer block; B is conjugated diolefin copolymer block; n is 3-7; X is residue of polyfunctional compound to which n polymer chains (A-B) are bonded] as a matrix base, (B) a water absorbing high polymer, (C) a natural gum substance (preferably karaya gum, etc.) and (D) a higher fatty acid ester as essential components. The amount of clonidine added is preferably 8-15wt.% in the drug preserving layer and 2-6wt.% in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
