PURPOSE:To improve durability, by providing a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheet to be glued to the peripheral surface of an O ring and mounting this O ring to a reverse L-shaped groove, provided in a plate ring, while retaining the opening end of the reverse L-shaped groove by a ring-shaped disc. CONSTITUTION:A polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sheet 13, glued to the peripheral surface of an O ring 5, prevents its rubber quality from coming into contact with sealed fluid. Consequently, the rubber quality is prevented from corroding to worsen its sealing action by the sealed fluid. Simultaneously with the above, mounting the O ring 5, which decreases its flexibility by gluing the relatively hard PTFE sheet, to a reverse L-shaped groove 16 opening its one end, the O ring 5 is easily mounted by eliminating the necessity for mounting it being press spread as when the O ring 5 is mounted to a U-shaped groove.
