PURPOSE:To improve the quality in forming and to save the labor in mass production by forming the end part of the coil stock held by a work end holding device in curved face, forming it in hexagonal shape by a pair of the holding device intersecting at right angles horizontally and push-bending the corner part by a bending device respectively. CONSTITUTION:A work end holding device 9 with the work bending device 21 of moving lift device 3 on a 1st guide rail 2 is subjected to an alignment and a pin (a) is inserted to hold the end part Wb of a coil work Wa by a holding member. A curved part Wd is formed in specific shape by the forming body 25 of an end coil curved face forming device 27. The work linear part Wc is held by the gripping devices 33, 34 with corner bending device 45 of the moving bodies 30, 31 on a 2nd guide rail 28 intersecting at right angles horizontally and the work Wa is subjected to stretch forming in specific hexagonal shape with the rotation of a right and left screw feeding screw lever 29. In that case, the work corner part is squeezed in good shape with the revolution of the bending members 19, 42 of attached bending devices 21, 45. The corner part shaped by a wooden hammer in the past is automatically shaped, the quality and shape are always made accurate to improve the production efficiency with labor saving.
