PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of an equipment by arranging one pair of sectional recessed places, whose bottom is made of a backup plate, at front and rear of cooling boxes, and arranging a yoke having elongated cross section of the specific ratio of length and breadth to an electromagnetic coil. CONSTITUTION:One pair of the sectional recessed places 2b are provided, which open as facing to a mold supporting frame 3 and make the backup plate 2a the bottom of opening, each at the front and the rear of the cooling box 2. An electromagnetic brake device is formed by combination of an electromagnetic coil 7 containing a core and the yoke 8, and the yoke 8 is fixed to the backup plate 2a by using penetrating bolts 9. Then, the yoke 8 has elongated cross sectional shape and regulates to <=8 this ratio of length and breadth, to prevent the dropping of efficiency for the electromagnetic brake. In this mechanism, the necessary setting space of the equipment can be remarkably reduced. Therefore, the cost of the equipment is reduced.
