PURPOSE:To permit plural kinds of fluid to be efficiently mixed, by providing a flow path selector hole to be opened to a cylindrical movable partition and switching the flow path selector hole. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 14 provides fluid inlet and outlet ports 1-3 and subflow paths 4-6, and a cylindrical movable partition 7, which is provided being arranged between each subflow path 4-6 and a main flow path 8, is sealed by a seal member 9 and an O ring 10. The partition provides a flow path selector hole 11 to be controlled by a knob 12. And controlling the knob to switch the flow path selector hole 11 to the main flow path 8 and subflow paths 4-6, different gas is allowed to flow in and out of the vessel 14. |
