<p>PURPOSE:To improve the assembly work performance by installing at least the part of a body side garnish close to a roof trim in movable ways in the vertical direction, in butt-jointing a roof assembly and a body side assembly in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A roof bow 6 as roof skeleton member is previously connected and finishing-painted, and the inner function parts such as room lamp 7 and a roof trim 8 are assembled, and a roof assembly 2 is constituted. While a variety of panel members such as rear fender are previously jointed onto the skeleton members such as roof side rail 11A and pillars 12-14, and finishing painting is performed, and a side garnish 17 is installed inside, and the inner function parts such as sun visor 16 are assembled, and a body side assembly 3 is constituted. The car body is constituted by butt-jointing the both assemblies in the vertical direction. In this case, at least the part of the garnish 17 close to the roof trim 8 is installed in movable ways in the vertical direction.</p> |
