<p>PURPOSE:To substantially reduce consumption power, by executing in a parallel manner a thermal storage step and a thermal utilizing step. CONSTITUTION:In a thermal utilizing step (BOG liquefying step), releasing BOG from a gas phase side of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank T to be boosted by a compressor C1 thereafter to be introduced to a heat exchanger E1, liquefied LNG by heat exchange with a low temperature thermal medium is recirculated to the storage tank T. In a thermal storage step (LNG heat increasing step), LNG, containing liquefied BOG liquefied and recirculated in the BOG liquefying step, is introduced to a heat exchanger E2 being pressurized by a pump P from a liquid phase side of an LNG tank. Since these two steps in a reverse direction are executed in a parallel manner, a very stable operation can be performed by less power.</p> |
