<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a secondary disaster, by mounting a heat resisting sheet plate to the internal wall of a storage vessel and its ceiling further providing a water sprinkling device. CONSTITUTION:A metal made gas cylinder storage vessel 1, providing a door 7, has a glass window 8 and a supply air hole 6 belonging to the door 7. This vessel, in its internal part as shown by oblique lines, mounts a heat resisting sheet material (for instance, asbestos cement plate) 13 to be attached by metallic machine screws. While a water sprinkling faucet 14 is arranged so that water is scattered to a main valve 12 and a cap 2.
