PURPOSE:To permit formation of a photosensitive film to a desired thickness by adjusting the spacing between two pieces of rollers at the time of disposing respectively two pieces of the rollers spaced from each other on both faces of a thin metallic sheet and coating a photosensitive liquid thereon. CONSTITUTION:The thin metallic sheet 1 subjected to a rinsing stage is introduced into a drying furnace 2 and is dried. The thin metallic sheet is introduced nearly perpendicularly by a 1st roller 3 to a coating section where the photosensitive liquid is deposited on one face of the thin metallic sheet 1 in a perpendicular state. The thickness of the photosensitive film after drying is controlled by adjusting the viscosity of the photosensitive liquid 6, the rotating speeds of a roller 4 and a roller 5 and the spacing 11 between the rollers. The thickness of the photosensitive film on the other face of the thin metallic sheet 1 is controlled as well by adjusting the viscosity of the photosensitive liquid 9, the rotating speeds of rollers 7, 8 and the spacing 12 between the rollers. The desired thickness of the photosensitive liquid is obtd. by varying the spacings 11 and 12 between the rollers if the same liquid is used for the liquids 6, 9. |
