PURPOSE:To collectively position plural core blocks on a glass substrate in a state where a precision at the time of adhering and integrating is held by sequentially shifting numerous integrated core blocks in parallel and longitudinal directions by a prescribed size in accordance with an Azimuth angle so as to adhere and integrate them and slicing them at every prescribed thickness. CONSTITUTION:Numerous core blocks 10 and 11 are provided in parallel at even intervals through spacers 21, are shifted by a distance (t) in the lengthwise direction in accordance with the Azimuth angle theta and are positioned and disposed. By filling an adhesive 22 between respective core blocks, they are adhered and integrated. If the adhered and integrated core blocks are adhered and fitted on the glass substrate 18, and they are sliced at every prescribed thickness in the direction with an inclination by the prescribed Azimuth angle theta against a widthwise direction, a core chip group in a state where numerous core chips are adhered can be obtained. Thus, the precision of slicing improves and the quality of the magnetic head can considerably be improved.
