PURPOSE:To prevent position deviation and wrinkling of recording paper by forming pressing members for fixing which press the recording paper to a truncated circular cone shape and forming supporting shafts for said pressing members so as to curve. CONSTITUTION:A gate-shaped frame 19 is provided on a frame 3 and a revolving shaft 21 is rotatably supported to the frame 19. Curved arms 33 are mounted on the shaft 21 and fixing rolls 35 are provided on the front ends thereof. The rolls 35 are pressed by a spring 32 onto the recording paper on a supporting surface 7. The rolls 35 are formed to the truncated circular cone shape so that the diameter is small on the inside and large on the outside and the extension lines connecting the outer peripheral faces intersect with each other on the supporting plate 7 coinciding with the axial line of the shaft 21. The recording paper and capsule sheet on the supporting surface 7 are brought into pressurized contact with each other to a flat surface shape by the rolls 35 to break down the capsule sheet and to fix the material to be fixed to the recording paper. Since the recording paper and the capsule sheet are brought into pressurized contact with each other so the flat plane shape by the fixing rolls of the truncated circular cone shape provided to the curved arm, the positional deviation and wrinkling of the recording paper are prevented.
