发明名称 POLYURETHANE FOAM AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To heighten the frictional coefficient of the surface of a foam by means of single material without causing the sharp increase in cost and deteriorating the impact resilience of the whole foam by a method wherein the whole or part of the outer layer part of the polyurethane foam is vulcanized at a temperature higher than the ordinary proper vulcanizing temperature. CONSTITUTION:Base material, to which hardening agent, foaming agent and catalyst are added, is poured in the hole 3 of molds 1 and 2 and heated for forming and vulcanizing. Though the ordinary proper vulcanizing conditions are the vulcanizing temperature of 90-120 deg.C and the vulcanizing time of 40min, in this case, the temperature of the molds 1 and 2 are set to be higher than ordinary, or the temperature at the outer layer part 6a of a urethane foam 6 is set to be 130-150 deg.C, and at the same time the temperature of the part 6b excluding the outer layer part 6a is set to be within the ordinary proper vulcanizing temperature of 90-100 deg.C by flowing cooling water in a cooling pipe 4, and the vulcanization is effected for 40min.
