PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum speed controlling performance over all operation regions by providing a function that the setting of the speed governor can be automatically compensated according to the pump characteristics for the speed governor of an injection pump having plural injection modes having different ratios between injection amount of fuel and the stroke of pump rack. CONSTITUTION:In a revolution number comparator 1, actual revolution number from a revolution number generator is compared with a set revolution number, and the deviation is put in a corrector 8 where the position signal of the stroke of the pump rack of a fuel injection pump, detected by a fuel position transmitter 6, is input through a mode discriminator 7, and according to the position signal, the deviation of revolution number is corrected, the signal of the comparator 1 is checked, and the governor 2 is switched only at a specific timing. Then, the output of the corrector 8 is sent to the governor 2 for compensating for the response speeds and the amounts of fuel from the injection pump 4 is controlled through an actuator 3. |
