PURPOSE:To obtain the titled activation factor in high productivity, by culturing a proliferated cell of normal diploid fibroblast cell originated from human tissue in a serumfree medium containing a specific production-inducing substance. CONSTITUTION:A normal diploid fibroblast cell originated from human tissue is proliferated in a serumfree of serum-containing medium to obtain proliferated cell. The proliferated cell is cultured at high cell concentration in a serumfree medium added with 0.1-2.0W/V% peptones (e.g. proteose peptone) as a production-inducing substance, 0.01-0.5W/V% yeast mannan (e.g. alpha-D- mannopyranose) and, if necessary, 1.8-9.0mM of Ca2<2+> (n terms of CaCl2). |
