PURPOSE:To elevate a vibration resistance, a shock resistance and a property for wide use by fixing a magnetic disk device body part and a mounting frame by a rigid metal fitting, and fitting the mounting frame to an angle which is to be fitted to a computer device or the like, through a vibration proof rubber. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic disk device body part 1 and the mounting frame 3 are fixed by the rigid metal fitting 2, and the mounting frame 3 is fitted to the angle 4 which is to be fitted to the computer device or the like, through the vibration proof rubber 5. Thus, because the metal fitting 2 is a rigid body, the magnetic disk device body part 1 and the mounting frame 3 are due to be integrated to one body, and it comes to be the vibration system of one degree of freedom and comes easy to design, and the vibration resistance and the shock resistance come high, and the property for wide use can be elevated.
