<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a reproduced picture from being displayed on a display means and to set a driver to concentrate on driving by interrupting a power supply to a recording and reproducing device or stopping the rotation of a spindle motor while a vehicle is running at high speed. CONSTITUTION:In the recording and reproducing device 2 of a slot in type having a video floppy 1 being a medium for recording and reproducing, and a slot 3 for inserting the video floppy 1, driving power is supplied to the recording and reproducing device 2 and a television 7 by a vehicle power source 9 through a power source ling for recording and reproducing device 10A and a power source line for TV 10B, and a switching means 11 is interposed in the middle of the power source lines 10A and 10B, whereby the switching means 11 is set to be interlocked by a side brake 12. Thus, picture information is not displayed on the display means by picture information display inhibiting means when the travel state of the vehicle becomes high speed, for example. Consequently, the concentration of the driver is prevented from being released, and wasteful consumption of power and the damage of equipments can be suppressed.</p> |
