PURPOSE:To obtain a curable composition little in residual tack on the surface, outstanding in stainproofness and heat and water resistances, useful for coatings, by reaction of a reaction product from an active hydrogen-contg. fluorine compound, etc., in the presence of a curving catalyst. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by blending (A) a reaction product from (i) an active hydrogen-contg. fluorine compound or a combination of the component (i) and (ii) polyoxyalkylene polyol and (iii) an isocyanate compound (pref., an organic diisocyanate, isocyanate silane) and (B) a curing catalyst followed by curing. The component (i) is pref. a hydroxy group-contg. fluorine compound (e.g. a compound of formula).
