PURPOSE:To provide a safe and inexpensive power by forming a magnetic field of approx. 45 deg. with respect to a rotating direction, and generating a driving force by a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A stationary unit having stator magnets 4-6 and 7-9, and soft iron pieces 10-21 attached at an angle of approx. 45 deg. to N-, S-poles of magnet groups of the magnets, and a movable unit magnet 22 movable in a direction of an arrow 23 as shown are provided. Thus, the magnets 4-6 of the stationary unit so operate as to attract the S-pole of the magnet 22 in a direction of approx. 45 deg. of the arrow 23 as shown, the magnets 7-9 so operate as to press the N-pole in a direction of approx. 45 deg. of the arrow 23 as shown, the composite force becomes a direction of the arrow 23, and the magnet 22 acts in a direction of the arrow 23 as shown.
