PURPOSE:To execute quick assignment without requiring an excess management man-hour by sending a setting data being the assignment of a channel transmission time slot from a caller station and setting the assignment of the channel reception time slot by a called station in response to the setting data. CONSTITUTION:In the time slot assignment to each channel, with every communication request from a channel in the data channel, a data representing the assignment request is given to a control channel of a call station automatically. A reception control section 4 sense a request data coming from the caller station to a transmission control section 3 for transmission to the called station to set the transmission time slot assignment of an idle channel after the selection. When plural relay stations are interposed, the transmission/reception time slot assignment is set automatically sequentially at each section from a section closer to the caller station.
