PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent balance of impact resistance, molding properties and tensile strength, by blending a polyamide with a specific graphite polymer and a vinyl polymer in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition consisting of (A) A polyamide having preferably 2-5 relative viscosity, (B) a graft copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 65-85pts.wt. monomer mixture consisting of 50-89wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer, 10-49wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer, 1-8wt.% alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid and 0-39wt.% copolymerizable another monomer (e.g. methyl acrylate) in the presence of 35-15pts.wt. diene rubber and (C) a vinyl polymer (e.g. acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer), obtained by blending 20-80pts.wt. component A with 80-20pts.wt. component B and 0-40pts.wt. component C in such a way that sum of alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxyl acid in the components B and C is 0.8-5wt.% and the amount of the diene rubber in the whole composition is 7-25wt.%.
