PURPOSE:To save maintenance man-hours by taking notice of the quantity of each luminous quantity of plural laser beams depending on the width of a beam detector output signal to feed back a difference of each output signal width to a drive for a laser oscillator thereby making the laser beam light quantity equal to each other. CONSTITUTION:An output signal of a beam detector 6 of a 1st shot of laser beam enters an AND circuit 8, a clock signal from a clock generating circuit 7 is outputted from the AND circuit 8 by the length of an output signal of the beam detector 6 and is counted up by an up-down counter 10. When a 2nd shot of laser beam comes, a clock signal by the width of the output signal of the beam detector 6 is outputted from the AND circuit 8, the updown counter 10 is counted down by a switching signal of a control circuit 9 and a difference is stored by a tentative storage circuit 11. The difference is converted into an analog signal by a D/A converter 12, becomes a bias input signal of a driver 14 to allow the luminous quantity of the 2nd shot of the laser oscillator 2 to be equal to the 1st shot luminous quantity of the laser oscillator 1.
