PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a motor actuator by composing a switch mechanism of a stop contact secured to the output shaft of the actuator, a common electrode and an operating member rotated synchronously with an output shaft. CONSTITUTION:An actuator has a gear box 1 in which upper and lower cases 1a, 1b are connected, and forms a gear containing chamber 2 therein to support an output gear 3 to an output shaft 4. Two stop contacts 7a, 7b are provided at a predetermined angular interval between the lower surface of the gear 3 and the case 1b, and a common electrode 11 is contacted with the end of one leg 10b of the contacts 7a, 7b. Further, second, third connecting electrodes 13, 14 are respectively connected to the terminal of an external connector. An operating member 19 is vertically suspended from the outer periphery of a rotor ring 20 rotating together with the shaft 4, the contacts of the contacts 17a, 17b with the electrodes 13, 14 are interrupted by the rotation, thereby performing a switching function.
