PURPOSE:To perform efficiently die casting and to extend considerably a life by advancing a lubricating and air blowing nozzle through a charging port into an injection sleeve, and performing the lubrication and air blow of a plunger tip and injection sleeve. CONSTITUTION:An air cylinder 5 is mounted to a stationary plate A, and a lubricating and/or air blowing nozzle 4 is mounted to the rod of the cylinder 5. The nozzle 4 is made freely movable into and from the charging port 2 of an injection sleeve 1 by the rod of the cylinder 5. A cover body 9 is formed to such a flat plate shape as to cover the port 2 of the sleeve 1 and is attached to the nozzle 4 to close the port 2 when the nozzle 4 advances into the port 2 of the sleeve 1. |
