PURPOSE:To save energy and to permit dealing with a higher speed by specifying the pressure exerted between a pair of heat rollers and toner. CONSTITUTION:The pressure to be exerted between a pair of the heat rollers is specified to 20-150kg/cm<2> and the toner for forming a toner image is specified to the polymerized toner for electrostatic charge image development formed by a suspension polymn. method. More specifically, said toner is the polyerized toner contg. 100pts.wt. styrene polymer or styrene copolymer, 30-1,500pts.wt. low softening point compd. A having 40-130 deg.C softening point and having an arom. group, and 20-1,500pts.wt. low softening point compd. B having 40-130<= softening point except said low softening point compd., and a coloring agent. Namely, the thermal flow property of the toner is increased and the temp. at the time of fixing is lowered by exerting 20-150kg/cm<2> press contact force to the toner. The energy loss is thereby decreased and the high-speed fixing is enabled.
