PURPOSE:To obtain a filmy food of nut rich in taste and nutritive value of nut, by heating a uniform mixture of nut, separated soybean protein and water. CONSTITUTION:A food containing 5-70wt% total amount of nut such as almond, cashew nut, walnut, etc. and separated soybean protein in a weight ratio of (1:0.4)-(1:1.2), obtained by applying or rolling a uniform mixture of nut having <=80mu particle size of solid matter and separated soybean protein to a hot flat plate into 0.1-2mm. thickness, optionally moistening it, heating it at about 90-110 deg.C. |
