PURPOSE:To indicate completion of proper heating, by confirming the breakage of a sealing on a container. CONSTITUTION:A food 8 is put in a container 1 and it is sealed in the container by adhering an aluminum foil 9 around the edge 2 of a container 1 by an adhesive 10. A hole 6 is punched on part of the lid 9 of an aluminum foil. It is closed by a film sealing 11 and the container 1 is put in an electronic oven, which is energized. The sealing 11 begins to swell as the time elapses. It breaks out at a time afterward, and the door of an oven is clouded up at a moment. Then a switch is turned OFF and the container is taken out to be opened. The fact that the food 8 inside the container has been heated in the proper state is confirmed. The properly heated state can be obtained by fitting the combination of the area of a punched hole 6 and the thickness of a sealing 11 to the material of a food to be put in the container and the cooking conditions.
