The epoxy resin composition of liquid phase is prepared by mixing an epoxy resin haivng two or more epoxy groups in molecule, a catalyst, an organic carboxylic metal salt and alumina powder, and the hardening agent is composed of polybasic carboxylic acid anhydride (100 wt.%) and two or more phenol groups (10-70 wt.%).
