PURPOSE:To obtain flexibility in the case of installation of equipments, by a method wherein a steel joist, stretched over the concrete bundle of a first floor surface, is provided with a pedestal mounting posts for holding a second floor surface and predetermined equipments. CONSTITUTION:A steel joist 9 is stretched over a concrete bundle 5, provided on a first floor 3, and posts 6 are secured to the joist 9 to hold a free access panel 8 and form a second floor 7, while a pedestal 10 is secured to the joist 9. Air, ventilated through ventilating ducts 2, is taken into the suction ports 4A of return ducts 4, arranged between the hoist 9 and the first floor 3, to circulate it. Equipments 13A, 13C, 13E, which are not affected by vibration, are installed on the floor 7 directly while the equipment 13F, affected by the vibration, is installed on the pedestal 10 after removing the panel 8 and the posts 6 at places whereat the equipment 13F is to be installed. The equipment 13D, intermediate against the vibration, is installed on the panel 8, reinforced by reinforcing posts 12.
